I love this image, it just created such a resonance for me. The child is an incarnation of Dilgo Khyenste Rinpoche, who was an amazing teacher. I recommend the latters book: The Hundred Verses of Advice: Tibetan Buddhist Teachings on What Matters Most; it’s written in an very simple style but what I found is that it’s as if he is speaking directly to you. IT’s a book that is a translation of a text that teachings given as if the teacher were talking to regular people involved in ordinary lives, children and work, not monastics or recluses.
